This is just a preliminary sketch for an animation
I may do later. Based on an actual event....
David Bailin and Steve Whiteaker and I were
standing outside Damgoode Pies on Kavanaugh after lunch one windy
day, when this girl comes out of Pies and walks past us, and
when she was getting into her car ... this happened. We had been
talking, brooding about our sick and dying dogs and our various
physical ailments, really down, but when the wind lifted that
skirt our spirits rose with it....
